Gumbi Gumbi Earl Grey TEA Black Tea, Bergamot, Gumbi Gumbi

Gumbi Gumbi, very refreshing and energetic… infused throughout our Earl Grey.

  • Research and tests have shown that Gumbi Gumbi contains Saponins, Tannins and Flavonoids. 

    Saponins have many health benefits. Studies have illustrated the beneficial effects on blood cholesterol levels, cancer, bone health and stimulation of the immune system. Some of the activities attributed to flavonoids and tannin include: anti-allergic, anti-cancer, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-viral. 

    In the past few years tannins have also been studied for their potential effects against cancer through different mechanisms.

  • Peppermint Gum, this Eucalypt was believed to be used by indigenous people for treating, coughs, colds, flu, muscular and joint pain.

Pepperberry Chai TEA Black Tea, , Ginger, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves, Mountain Pepperberries

Pepperberries are between pepper and chili but much more complex, almost sweet in both aroma and effect on the palate. Perfect for Chai.

  • Pepperberries are a serious superfood both in terms of its flavour and its nutrient content. 

    Known for its anti-inflammatory properties, pepper-berry has been used by many traditional medical practitioners for problems such as arthritis. This activity is thought to be due to the compound “polygodial“, which is also thought to have several other beneficial properties including protecting the stomach lining and anti-pain activity as well as being anti-asthmatic.

    Other compounds in mountain pepper-berry and leaf are thought to help slow absorption of glucose from the stomach (potentially beneficial for people prone to diabetes) and possibly to help prevent the types of mutation of genetic material that can lead to cancer.

River Mint is a subtle Australian native herb with the taste and aroma of spearmint.

  • RiverMint is reputedly good for easing the effects of colds and the crushed leaves aroma was used to relieve headache.

Lemon Myrtle & Ginger TISANE Lemon Myrtle & Ginger

Lemon Myrtle: Fresh aroma of citrus, delicate menthol essence and strong lemon flavour, sweet and refreshing.

  • Lemon Myrtle is the most concentrated source of plant citral (>90%). Citral contains powerful antimicrobial and antifungal properties, which are even superior to those of terpene hydrocarbons found in the renowned tea tree oil.

    An exceptional, vegan source of calcium.

    A good source of lutein – a carotenoid vitamin that plays an important role in eye health, improving symptoms in atrophic age-related macular degeneration, which is the leading cause of vision loss in aging Western societies.  Lutein protects the retina from damage by inhibiting inflammation.

    A great source of antioxidants, such as phytochemicals that provide antioxidant activity in both the hydrophilic and lipophilic environment. These antioxidants provide comprehensive protection from oxidative stress, as well as other health benefits.

Kakadu Plum taste is tart with a delightful aroma of stewed apples and pears, with some cooked citrus, pickled and floral musk essence.

  • The magnificent Kakadu Plum has the highest recorded levels of Vitamin C of any fruit in the world, measuring up to 100 times the Vitamin C content found in an orange. Exhibits outstanding antioxidant capacity, being 5.2 times more potent than the blueberry. Due to its exceptional anti-oxidant composition, it is believed that Kakadu Plum could provide the most powerful Alzheimer’s treatment to date. The fruit is celebrated for its medicinal properties and is a known antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral agent.

    Kakadu Plum is a vegetarian source of iron and Vitamin E and contains 110μg of folate per 100g – the same amount found in broccoli.


Quandong Rooibos TISANE Rooibos, Apple, Cinnamon, Cocoa, Dark Choc, White Choc, Hibiscus, Vanilla Beans, Quandong & its kernel

Quandong: A sweet taste with a balancing slightly sour and salty aftertaste, mild aroma of dry lentils & some earthy fermented touches.

  • Contains twice the Vitamin C of an orange. Source of Vitamin E, folate, magnesium and calcium. Valuable vegetarian/vegan source of iron and zinc. Rich source phenolic-based antioxidants to boost the immune system, reduce inflammation and protect against a number of diseases including cancer, cardiovascular disease and Alzheimer’s disease. The kernel contains range of complex oils recognised for antibacterial and anti-inflammatory qualities. Contains Rutin, works with Vitamin C to strengthen capillaries, reduce dark circles under the eyes and strengthen the skin from the affects of aging.
